Classes
The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, or FDCPA, was created to regulate the debt collection industry and provide protections for consumers from many abuses that have occurred in the past. When debt collectors violate the rules provided in this body of law, they can be sued and ordered to pay a sizeable cash settlement, very often amounting to thousands of dollars.
If you’ve been harassed by debt collectors, you’ll want to take the class CRC is offering to learn the principles and rules of the FDCPA. Price includes educational materials that will enable you to create your own FDCPA suit which can be filed in court with the aid of an attorney.
The class will take place over six 2-hour conference calls. You can join in from anywhere! See below for schedule.
Also, the National Arbitration Foundation has recently been sued for fraudulent activity and is withdrawing from the business of arbitrating credit card disputes. (See post devoted to this topic). If you have received a NAF judgment against you, you’ll want to take our NAF class. This will take place over four 2-hour conference calls on upcoming Thursdays. Price includes educational materials that will enable you to create your own void judgment to file with the court.
The cost for each class is $300, payable by money order. You’ll receive further instructions upon scheduling of the class.
